Happy happy happy Australia Day y'all...

This was me yesterday off to an Australia Day Eve BBQ note my patiotic colours? I made up for this soo very un Australian weather by eating far too many lamingtons! Hope all you Aussies out there are having a seriously grand day.

In other news, have you been keeping up to date with the Couture shows happening in Paris???

My personal favourite is Christian Dior. It is suprising as I was I was originally sceptical of the decision to make Raf Simons head designer, although I think that was because I was so obsessed with what he was doing at Jil Sander. However after the latest pre-fall and couture collections I am beginning to truly love and understand what he is doing. Dior seems to be making more sense these days and to his credit Raf is really portraying the 'Dior women' in a much similar way as to how Christian did.  Raf at Dior is leading the ladylike revolution happening in fashion at the moment and is doing it so very well!

Prior to venturing to Noosa Beach, the greatest beach there is. I plan on lying on Noosa beach with a coconut water, snowcone or gelato constantly in one hand and the Grace Memoir always in the other (if you are reading it, isn't it  just too fabulous for words?)

Y'all. Well it is now Boxing Day in Aus and I have just finished a mince tart, a salted caramel tart and a whole lot of Cadbury favorites so clearly I am still in a Christmas eating mode. Cheers to long family lunches, bulking on absurd amounts of meat and Christmas pudding and fabulous presents!

The Louvre I do believe. Such a lovely day in Paris. We walked around the Jardins des Tuileries and ate amazing baguettes.  Who doesn't love it when the weather is like this!
